If a non-defective item is opened and used, we will not accept it under any circumstances and it will not be subject to a refund. For unopened or unused items, we will accept the return without replacement fees. In the event of manufacturing defects in the original item, there will be no service charges. We offer returns or exchanges within seven days of receiving your order, as long as the product has not been used.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
